Truthfully, I did not expect the brickwork to start so soon after the bricks were delivered. Delivery on Saturday, bricking began on Tuesday! Quite impressed with their work so far, very tidy and quick.

Yay! Hmmm… showing the rest of us how it could/should be done. 3 weeks and counting for our top floor, though I’ve no idea how many brickies we have. Maybe your completion prediction will be right. You must be so excited. That’s definitely a house you’ve got there. Real.
Thanks Jo, my mind is spinning a little over the speed of it all! From slow to go in one fell swoop. They will probably slow down at some point I dare say. I hope your top floor gets done soon, surely it can’t be too much longer?
Oh it can! I think you are about to overtake us. Apparently, they’ve got to get the scaffolders back before they can complete the brickwork. I think 3 weeks just turned to 5… ho hum.
Bummer! Mind you, our brickies are about to go off to another job for a few days, hopefully they’ll come back!
